Beyoncé put her most stylish foot forward when she attended Taylor Swift‘s Eras Tour concert film premiere at The Grove’s AMC theater in Los Angeles on Wednesday, October 11th.

While the 33-year-old “Lavender Haze” hitmaker naturally stole the show at her premiere with her princess-like blue Oscar de la Renta ballgown (below) Beyoncé also turned heads when she made her surprise red carpet appearance. Especially in her Renaissance-themed outfit consisting of a chrome breastplate layered over a black catsuit. Forget the Oscars, this might be the fiercest red carpet we’ve seen all year!

Beyoncé Wears A Striking Skintight Catsuit And LaQuan Smith Chrome Breastplate At 'Eras Tour' Premiere

The 42-year-old "Run the World" singer, who recently announced her own concert movie will be released in December, walked the red carpet in a skintight black long-sleeved catsuit with a plunging square neckline. But it wasn’t just the figure-hugging catsuit which stole the show, as Queen Bey elevated the outfit even further by adding a LaQuan Smith mirrored chrome breastplate on top. The mom-of-three didn’t wear any jewelry on her neck to let the breastplate command all of the attention, although she did opt for a pair of futuristic sunglasses and matching Naked Wolfe boots. She wore her long honey-blonde hair in a fierce half-up and half-down do, which tumbled right down to her navel.

Taylor Swift Says Beyoncé Attending Her Premiere Is 'An Actual Fairytale'

The "Anti-Hero" singer gushed about the "Single Ladies" singer in an Instagram post on October 12th, consisting of a boomerang of the two music legends sitting in the movie theater together. "I’m so glad I’ll never know what my life would’ve been like without @beyonce‘s influence," Swift's post began, before going on to describe her attendance at the premiere as a "fairytale," which was no doubt a clever reference to a track on her Fearless album.

"The way she’s taught me and every artist out here to break rules and defy industry norms," she continued. "Her generosity of spirit. Her resilience and versatility. She’s been a guiding light throughout my career and the fact that she showed up tonight was like an actual fairytale."
