Cameron Diaz Looks Chic In An All-Black Ensemble During Fashion Event
Gucci Westman and Cameron share a friendship and professional partnership that spans nearly 30 years, beginning on the 1999 set of Being John Malkovich. As a renowned makeup artist, Westman has been Diaz’s go-to for major red carpet looks and remains a trusted confidante.
Their collaboration extends beyond the red carpet, with the duo working together on numerous magazine covers over the past two decades. Diaz is also a loyal user and advocate of Westman’s clean beauty brand, Westman Atelier, often using favorites like the Vital Skin Foundation and Baby Cheeks Blush.
Westman is credited with creating many of Diaz’s most iconic looks, including her memorable appearance at the 2002 Oscars.
Celebrities in attendance included Pamela Anderson, Mindy Kaling, Cindy Crawford, Kristen Stewart, Demi Moore, Emily Blunt, Paris Hilton, Hailey Bieber, and McKenna Grace. This year, Pamela, Demi, and Hailey were all honored with major awards.
Cameron Diaz Returns To The Spotlight After A Long Hiatus
After more than a decade away from acting, the 53-year-old made a successful return with her role in Back in Action for Netflix. During her hiatus, she stepped back from Hollywood to focus on her family—her husband, Benji Madden, and their children—and to build a life beyond the demands of the film industry. Diaz found fulfillment in prioritizing her personal world over the grueling 12-hour days of filmmaking.
She explained that she had “handed off parts of my life” and needed to become self-sufficient, managing things on her own terms while dedicating her energy to motherhood and launching her Avaline wine company.
Diaz and Madden have two children: a daughter, Raddix Chloe Wildflower Madden, born in 2019, and a son, Cardinal Madden, born in 2024 via surrogate, whose birth they have kept private.
But the blonde beauty is making her way back into the spotlight with several upcoming projects. She stars in Bad Day, a Netflix action-comedy currently in production that follows a single mother, described as a “mom-com” inspired by the 1993 drama Falling Down. She is also set to return to voice acting as Princess Fiona in Shrek 5, the next installment of the beloved franchise, scheduled for release in 2027.
