Fans Believe Christina Aguilera Looks ‘Unrecognizable’ In New Viral TikTok Clip—’That’s Ozempic Aguilera’

During her recent trip to Australia, Christina Aguilera shared her favorite beauty and wellness products that she carries in her handbag while on tour in a new TikTok video.

These items include peppermint oil, lubricant packets, a portable fan, chocolate snacks, Spirited Away-themed playing cards, lip gloss, cough drops, hand sanitizer, toothpicks, a massage gun, and a Nintendo Switch.

The “Beautiful” singer, 42, donned an off-the-shoulder, long-sleeved black top and graphic black sweatpants, showcasing her slim figure and curves. Her video left many fans surprised, with some even describing her as “unrecognizable” and “thinner-looking,” as evident from the comment section of her post.

Others guessed that she may have “lost more weight” due to Ozempic, the diabetes drug that many celebrities are controversially taking for the purpose of shedding pounds. Aguilera has yet to respond to these claims from fans.

The Grammy winner  and style icon captioned her video post: “Check out #WhatsInMyBag with @menulog.” Her upload garnered thousands of views and comments from fans. In the video, Aguilera wore her signature platinum blonde tresses down, parted in the center and styled into elegant loose curls.

As for her makeup look, she sported thick black winged eyeliner, sky-high lashes, smokey eyeshadow, radiant blush and a glossy nude lip. To top it all off, the “Genie In a Bottle” hitmaker added a silver statement chain necklace and shiny hoop earrings. 

“Wait, What? Is that woman Christina Aguilera?” one fan commented as another added: “Thats Ozempic Aguilera.” Another replied: “I couldn’t even recognize that is was Christina!” Someone else wrote: “What did they do with Christina?” Others said that she looked “AI generated” or simply just “not herself,” with many suspecting weight loss or heavily filters and digital altering could be the reasons why.

Others noted that she seemed to look more like her “early 2000s self.” One viewer commented: “She looks like early 2000s Xtina wow” while another added: “If you are OG Christina fan you know this is her. She looks like she traveled back in time.” Someone else agreed, writing: “She sounds and looks like she did when she first came out.”

Throughout her career, the Burlesque alum has been a subject of discussion when it comes to her body image. However, she has always been transparent about her evolving physical appearance, despite facing criticism for fluctuating weight. In her youth, Aguilera quickly established herself as a formidable presence in the music world, securing a recording contract with RCA and releasing her eponymous debut album before turning 20.

Her talent and dedication soon earned her the coveted Grammy Award for Best New Artist. Nevertheless, it may come as a surprise to learn that during this meteoric rise to fame, the renowned singer felt particularly self-conscious. In a 2021 interview with Health, Aguilera shared her reflections on her early career and the body insecurities she grappled with.

“I think we all have our good days and our bad days in how we feel about ourselves,” the mom of two told the outlet, after previously noting that she felt “criticized for being on both sides of the scale.” She went on, dishing to Health: “Entering this business, I hated being super skinny. Once I turned 21, I started filling out a little bit, and I was loving my new curves. I appreciated having a booty.”

While some may harbor suspicions about Aguilera’s recent weight loss and speculate about the reasons or methods involved, others are emphasizing how radiant, stylish, and healthy she appears in her latest TikTok video. “She looks so healthy and beautiful as always,” one commented as another added: “Omg she looks amazing.”
