Summer may be nearing its official end, but that doesn’t mean Hollywood’s finest aren’t heating things up on the red carpet and the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards were no exception. The Lizzo-fueled event of the year was highlighted by some seriously skin-baring red carpet looks we still aren’t over!

With some of the biggest names in music to celebrate the year’s popular artists, songs, and videos, it’s safe to say it’s become one of fashion’s biggest — and most fun — nights of the year. From high-cut slits and daring ensembles, celebs pulled out all the head-turning trends, including some dangerously low-plunging necklines.

Camila Cabello may have stolen the show as she performed with her boo, Shawn Mendes, later in the evening, but it was her initial stroll on the red carpet that has us taking notice. The "Havana" singer looked flawless in a white cut-out gown that put her toned abs and legs on full display!

Alison Brie showed her support of the sizzling trend by stepping out in this plunging mini dress, that put her curves on full display. The GLOW star looked dazzling as the dress’s gem detailing sparkled down the red carpet!

Leave it to Halsey to take a trend and make it entirely her own! The "Without Me" singer rocked a particularly fiery number when she stepped out to the VMA’s red carpet. Complete with see-through sheer fabric, a leather cinching belt, and flower detailing, Halsey served up nothing short of the punky princess vibes we’ve come to love her for.
