Everyone’s Copying This Bizarre Celebrity Dress Trend--It's Unreal!

One of the more bizarre breakout trends of 2019 has got to be the feather mini dress. Worn by Rita Ora and Kendall Jenner in 2018, and made official by Kylie Jenner just this week, it was easy to think that avian-inspired trend might be one of those only-for-the-red-carpet type looks.

It has all the makings of a futile celebrity trend–it’s whimsical, eye-catching, irreverent. Perfect for a star who wants to get likes AND seem like they DGAF. But it couldn’t actually make it’s way into any real girl’s closets–could it?
