Kim KardashianUPDATE: Kim Kardashian's been working very hard to drop her pregnancy weight and reach her goal of 120 pounds. She just revealed exactly what she eats every day in this week's PEOPLE magazine and, honestly, it's not that bad! Here it is:
48-64 ounces of liquids a day
Scrambled eggs with turkey sausage and smoked Gouda
4 oz. Greek yogurt with 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
Atkins Harvest Trail Dark Chocolate Cherry and Nuts Bar
Grilled lime chicken over spinach salad with a feta-ranch dressing
1 medium carrot and 4 tbsp. hummus
Lemon thyme halibut with sautéed green beans
Chicken chorizo and cauliflower sauté with cheese and salsa
½ small apple
2 oz. cheddar cheese
Turkey burger with chipotle aioli, tomato, pickles and onions
Atkins Harvest Trail Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Bar
Slow roasted lemon rosemary chicken with asparagus
1/3 cup of wild rice
Hatch green chili, cheese and egg bake with arugula
1/8 of a honeydew melon

Her daily calorie intake comes in at just under 1,700 for the last day, while the first two are under 1,600.
Kim Kardashian has already lost 42 pounds since giving birth to Saint West only three months ago. Kim maintains a strict diet of 1,800 calories a day, consisting of protein, healthy fats and zero sugar, with the help of her Atkins nutritionist Colette Heimowitz.
She focuses on having protein in every single meal and stays away from "sugar, sweets, cakes, crackers, white flour, white rice," Heimowitz told Redbook. "When you have adequate calories, protein, fat, and high-fiber carbohydrates [in your diet], you won't be tempted to add something. All the willpower in the world is not going to keep you away from that donut if you're starving."
Her 1,800-calorie day can be broken down like this: four to six ounces of protein, four ounces of cheese, eight to 10 servings of veggies, and two tablespoons of added fat.
While the diet may be strict, the Atkins plan really seems to be working for Kim!
