One of those sneaky foods is yogurt. It's a healthy food that's proven to help people lose weight, especially for women over 30. It's time to part ways with yogurt, or at least flavored yogurt. These "healthy" flavors are actually the opposite. They're loaded for with sugar from the artifical flavorings and preservatives that do nothing to help with your weight loss.
