Gisele Bündchen looked as timeless as ever during her latest modeling shoot, where she stunned in a sleek long-sleeve one-piece swimsuit featuring a zip-front design and crisp white trim. See the look here.
Her blonde hair fell in effortless, wet waves as she carried a surfboard along the shore. Joining her on set was another model, and the two were spotted laughing and chatting between shots, bringing an easy, joyful energy to the sun-soaked scene.
Fans online were stunned by the 45-year-old’s amazing physique as they shared their reactions online.
“Imagine being 45 years old with a body like that,” said one fan. Another user replied, “Most 20-somethings don’t have a body like that.” Someone else asked, “How does she keep becoming more and more beautiful? Stunning.” Another wrote, “The biggest and last supermodel.”
The photos were especially striking given that she welcomed a baby not long ago. Bündchen gave birth in February 2025—her third child and her first with her boyfriend, jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente. She’s also mom to two older children, Benjamin Rein and Vivian Lake, whom she shares with ex-husband Tom Brady.
Being a top model for most of her life, it’s easy to assume Gisele was simply blessed with her famously fit physique—but her dedication to wellness actually began after she struggled with severe depression and panic attacks in her early 20s. She has openly shared that her early habits included cheeseburgers, cigarettes, plenty of iced coffee, and sometimes even an entire bottle of wine in one night.
In her book Lessons, she explained, “I don’t call my nutritional regimen a diet, but rather healthy eating habits, so I can maintain a high level of vitality and the mental clarity to have a productive and enjoyable life.”
Today, the Brazilian native practices intermittent fasting twice a week, and her breakfasts typically include a morning juice made with fresh fruits and vegetables, turmeric, ginger, and coconut milk—sometimes paired with eggs or a smoothie. Lunch often consists of a whole-food, veggie-heavy salad or a hearty vegetable soup. Although she does eat meat and fish, it’s rare; she follows a mostly plant-based lifestyle.
One ingredient that’s completely banned from her diet is white sugar, for obvious reasons.
She also prioritizes movement she genuinely enjoys. She told WSJ, “I love Pilates…and it helps with your core.” She added, “I like exercise outside: surfing, swimming, horseback riding, and volleyball. When I’m on holiday, I do more of that.”
