Chick-fil-A is one of today’s most popular restaurants, as not only do they sell delicious food, but weight loss coaches and health experts have found ways to make some of their most popular items weight-loss-friendly.

If you have a hard time believing that, just wait until you see weight loss coach and content creator Indya Agos’ go-to order from the famous fast food chain. No, it doesn’t include salad, but it does contain their delicious, creamy mac and cheese.

“I’ve lost over 100 pounds naturally, and this is my go-to, high-protein, macro-friendly lunch order from Chick-fil-A,” says Indya at the start of one of her TikTok videos.

Indya's High-Protein Chick-fil-A Order Goes Viral On TikTok

At the start of her video, the weight loss coach notes that her favorite lunch order from the chicken restaurant is "under 500 calories with 40 grams of protein."

Once she gets to Chick-fil-A, she asks for a small order of mac and cheese, with an empty salad bowl on the side. Then, she asks for an 8-piece order of the grilled chicken nuggets and a packet of buffalo sauce.

The mac and cheese is a fan-favorite side dish from Chick-fil-A, as it has a super-rich and indulgent flavor with a layer of cheese baked right on top. While it certainly is a special treat, it's also high in protein, making it easier for those treating themselves to Chick-fil-a to meet their protein goals.

The grilled nuggets are also a very weight-loss-friendly item, as you get the filling protein of their chicken without the extra oil and breading. They're still substantial and have a good amount of flavor to keep you happy.

Once she has her order, Indya takes her small mac and cheese and dumps it into the empty salad bowl. After spreading it around, she adds her grilled nuggets, followed by her buffalo sauce.

"Put the lid on and shake it up," she instructs her followers.

Then, just like that, she created a filling buffalo chicken-inspired mac and cheese bowl. At the end of her video, Indya then validates any of her followers who are trying to lose weight but sometimes want and need to eat fast food.

"We all get busy, and being on a weight loss journey doesn't mean being perfect," she explains.

"It means that you need to be intentional...you could still incorporate all the foods that you love and reach your goals."
