aloe vera

1. Aloe Vera

1. Get an aloe vera plant leaf
2. Scrape out the gel-like substance
3. Apply gel directly to your scalp
4. Leave it on for 1 hour and then wash off with a mild shampoo
5. Reapply the remedy 2 to 3 times a week for best results

hair mask

2. Hair Mask

You can also apply various hair masks from the root of your hair to the ends to prevent hair loss and breakage. Cosmetic chemist Randy Schueller tells Allure that honey can positively affect your hair. Honey can fix dry scalps that can cause hair loss in the first place-- so why not try a honey hair mask?

coconut milk

3. Coconut Milk

You may simply need to add moisture to your hair to stop your hair from falling out. According to Reader's Digest, coconut is known for its moisturizing abilities. "To naturally reverse fall-out caused by dryness and bring your hair follicles back to good health, massage coconut milk into your roots and let sit for 10 minutes a day," the site reads.

green tea

4. Green Tea

Lastly, green tea does a whole lot more than warm you up on a chilly morning. Green tea also promotes stronger hair. According to Livestrong, green tea is a good source of panthenol which strengthens hair and manages split ends--- so, no more breakage. The antioxidants found in green also help your hair to grow.
