If you want to wake up with perfect hair, your best option is to prep the night before. Make sure you dry your hair before you go to sleep because wet hair is prone to bed head. If you have time, blow dry your hair at night and so you can simply touch it up in the morning.

Sleeping on silk pillow case is a hair game changer. A silk pillow case will help prevent bed head. It's an easy way to prevent frizz and flyaways because you'll be sleeping on a smooth surface. It will also preserve your hair style from the night before. If you don't have a silk pillow case, try wrapping your hair in a silk scarf.

Another options is to sleep with your hair in a braid or a bun. A braid will result in textured waves. Keep in mind that the tighter the braid, the tighter the wave. A loose bun will give you bouncy waves. Play around and see what works best for you.

If you want to wake up with fresh, clean-feeling hair without having to wash it, spray it with dray shampoo before you go to sleep. The dry shampoo will absorb any grease that accumulates overnight. It will also give your hair volume so it won't look flat even though you slept on it.
