Jelly Roll Shows Off 70-Lb Weight Loss At The ACM Awards As Fans React: ‘You Look Incredible!’

Jelly Roll showed off the results of his 70-lb weight loss at the Academy of Country Music Awards on May 16th, when he took to the stage in some light-colored pants, a matching short-sleeve shirt, and a white T-shirt underneath.
This year’s ACM Awards were particularly exciting for the 39-year-old musician, as he and Lainey Wilson took home the prize for ‘Music Event of the Year’ for their song, “Save Me.”
During his emotional acceptance speech, the “Wild Ones” singer said: “This song saved me. I was in a dark place. I wrote it from my soul. I knew people would connect with it.” He also said: “I thought I would die and go to jail, and I’m standing here today as an ACM Awards winner.”
The “Need a Favor” singer – who is a hot favorite to replace Katy Perry as a judge on the next season of American Idol – was looking evidently trimmer at the ACM Awards. And his fans also noticed, taking to social media to praise him!
Jelly Roll shared a video of his time at the ACM Awards, which he attended with his wife Bunnie Xo. “Thank You ACM’s — how beautiful was my date in that blue dress?” he captioned his post, in reference to his wife.
“Beautiful souls find each other,” gushed one fan. “Best couple ever!” exclaimed another, as a third commented: “You look incredible! Bunnie is always perfect!” Another fan wrote: “Bunnie your husband looks so handsome in that cream beige color!” They added: “Don’t hide behind the black. You’re a handsome man!”
