Jelly Roll Flaunts His Weight Loss At The 2025 ACM Awards
The country musician, whose full name is Jason Bradley DeFord, was one of the many notable country music stars who attended the Academy of Country Music Awards in Texas on May 8th, 2025. On the red carpet, he wore a super Western-inspired black jacket with a lace pattern around the collar, and he completed his look with formal black pants. Beside him on the red carpet was his wife, podcaster, and model Alyssa DeFord, who goes by Bunnie. She wore a stunning, plunging black dress with a slightly sheer material and a sultry leg split, which can be seen in her Instagram post here.
The famous couple was dressed to the nines, and it was an excellent opportunity for Jason to flaunt his talked-about weight loss, as he's lost nearly 200 pounds over the last three years. Since 2022, he's been transparent about working hard to shed pounds naturally by upping his protein intake, getting more exercise, and taking better care of himself. Last month, he announced during an event with podcaster Pat McAfee that he had begun his journey weighing 540 pounds and had gone down to 357.
We can only assume that he's lost more weight since then, as during a recent interview with Jimmy Kimmel, the Tennessee native said he was "approaching the 200-pound mark" and continuing to work hard to lose even more weight and check off some things on his bucket list, like going skydiving with Bunnie.

After the two stars, who are raising two kids together, posed at the famous country music award ceremony and shared their photos on social media, fans quickly began commenting about how great and happy they looked together.
The Dumb Blonde Podcast host shared a video and several pictures of her and her award-winning husband on Instagram, and fans loved the content.

Other internet users wanted to recognize how healthy and slim the "Save Me" singer looked, calling him out on his astonishing weight loss progress and positive attitude.
