Jessica Biel Flaunts Her Fit Figure In A Crop Top And Leggings In A New Instagram Post
Earlier this week, after sharing a heartfelt Instagram post about the end of her husband, Justin Timberlake's tour, the Minnesota native shared a few snaps of herself out in nature, going on a hike with some stunning views. It looked like a nice break for the busy actress, who's been promoting The Better Sister, which has gone quite viral since its premiere in late May.
One of the reasons why Jessica's performance in the series is making headlines has to do with the physical transformation she underwent to play her character. In a viral white dress she wore in an episode of the drama, she got to show off her impressively fit physique, and the internet's been asking about her lifestyle habits that helped her get stronger.
In her post, the mom of two wore a simple, white crop top that had a halter silhouette and paired it with some tight black workout leggings. She had her hair in the same choppy bob cut she's been sporting over the last few months and had on a green baseball cap. In her post, she can be seen posing amongst the trees and leaping in some grass.
Jessica Biel Reveals The One Exercise That's 'Worked' For Her Over The Years
After the 43-year-old shared her latest workout outfit photos on Instagram, fans continued to comment on how great she looks and how impressive her toned body is.
One Instagram user called her "the most beautiful woman alive" in the comments section, as another wrote that she was "looking great" these days. As it turns out, she truly does work very hard on her body, but mentioned in a recent Instagram reel that the shape she got into to film The Better Sister was "not maintainable."
However, there has been one exercise she's been sticking with to keep up her strength, even when she's not preparing to film something. In an interview with Pop Sugar, Jessica revealed the one exercise that she's stuck with for years, and hopes to do for as long as she possibly can. It's none other than the workout taking over the wellness community right now - pilates!
"That is something I'm going to keep doing my entire life," she told the publication. "It just works for me."
Additionally, she told the online website that aside from pilates, she'll do some cardio, strength training, and "whatever feels good" during a typical workout. Therefore, it's no wonder she looks so good!
