Kate Middleton Rocks Straight Hair With Her Sarah Burton For Alexander McQueen And Burberry Ensemble
For the occasion, the Princess of Wales wore a deep blue coat by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen (her wedding dress designer, of course) with a bespoke long-sleeved version of Burberry's check wool dress underneath. She accessorized with navy suede boots by Gianvito Rossi and a bow and arrow hat by London milliner Juliette Botterill, which she removed once inside Windsor Castle. She also carried a blue Emmy London Natasha clutch.
For jewelry, she went for the late Princess Diana's sapphire and diamond drop earrings, and the historic Prince of Wales Feathers brooch. And, once at Windsor Castle, she added an intricate Susan Caplan five-strand pearl necklace.
But as chic and sophisticated as her outfit was, it was the mom-of-three's hairstyle which turned the most heads, as it was worn in a different style that royal fans aren't used to. She swapped her signature voluminous and soft waves for a sleek and straight glossy down do with an off-center part, sending royal fans into a frenzy!
