“My day 1” the KKW Beauty founder captioned the May 15 pic, a selfie with sister Kourtney Kardashian’s son. The “Day 1” is likely a reference to the fact that Mason was the first Kardashian grandson to be born; the stylish youngster (dad is Scott Disick) is wearing a white hoodie in the shot.
