The mini skirts that are dominating 2023, however, are not for the faint hearted, as they come with the teeniest tiniest hemlines in existence. So many celebs are wearing – nay, rocking – them at the moment, with Reese Witherspoon and Olivia Rodrigo both wearing the instantly iconic Valentino rose-patterned mini skirt from the Fall 2023 collection.
Reese Witherspoon
The 47-year-old Legally Blonde alum rocked the romantic itty bitty Valentino mini skirt in one of the editorial images from her Harper's Bazaar August 2023 Performance Issue cover shoot. And we're obsessed with the way it was styled! The Little Fires Everywhere actress paired the skirt with a white shirt and black tie, as it was presented on the runway, but swapped out the grungy black boots and opted for some platform heels instead.
Olivia Rodrigo
The 20-year-old Drivers License singer also rocked the same skirt in a fashion glossy, as she wore hers in an editorial image from her Vogue August 2023 cover shoot. Her styling was a little different though – but it was just as dreamy, we can’t lie – as she paired it with a fuzzy white Maison Margiela sweater and Prada heels.

The Valentino rose skirt isn’t the only teeny tiny mini skirt the A-listers are wearing at the moment. Hailey Bieber, who always seems to be fond of flashing her toned pins in short shorts and mini skirts, blew fans away earlier this year with a mini skirt we still haven’t been able to stop thinking about. Back in February, she shared a mirror selfie on her Instagram Story which showed her wearing a caramel-colored mini skirt with a white crop top, caramel blazer, white loafers and matching socks. From super-preppy like Hailey to so chic like Reese, we love how there are so many different ways to style the itty bitty mini skirt!
