Ryan Seacrest Recent Weight Loss Speculation
The American Idol host regularly shares pictures of himself with his 6.5M Instagram followers, which makes his weight loss transformation easier to keep track of. One post which caused a lot of concern from fans was posted on March 16th, as it featured a picture from the past compared with a more recent one.
The first picture was a throwback picture of him posing in some blue shorts and a tank top next to some anchovies. The second picture was a more recent one, posing in his kitchen while holding a bowl of anchovies and smiling. His small frame was very hard to ignore, with many fans taking to the comments section to voice their concerns for his "frail" and "thin" appearance.

"He looks too thin. He looks sick," wrote one concerned fan in the comments section. "You're so skinny!" exclaimed another, as a third concurred: "Too skinny." "You are so thin," agreed a fourth fan, as a fifth begged: "Don't get too skinny!"
"I love you, but why are you so thin now? Are you okay?" asked another worried fan, while someone else simply wrote: "Frail." "Love you Ryan but you are a bit too thin. I wish Hollywood would stop pushing for everyone to be stick skinny," commented another fan.
A few others thought he actually looked "lean" rather than skinny. "Broooo. You're looking lean," one fan wrote. "Looking super lean. Great work to you and your coach!" echoed another.
Many other fans were more complimentary, and told him that he looked great in the before pic as well as in the more recent pic. "You look great then and now," reassured one fan, followed by a white heart emoji. "Looking good then as you still do," agreed another.
