After her controversial “The Talk” exit, Sharon Osbourne is telling her side of the story. During a recent interview on HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher,” Obsourne explained how she feels “hurt” and “angry” over what happened.

"How are you?" Maher asked Osbourne, referring to the massive controversy surrounding the March 10 episode of "The Talk" as well as the serious accusations of past racist and insensitive language that have emerged about Osbourne since then.

"It's so many different things," Osbourne answered. "I'm angry. I'm hurt."

Maher continued, "[Piers Morgan] was called a racist and lost his job, and you were called a racist and lost your job. Do I have it right?"

"Who's the racist and why?" he asked. "This is what I'm trying to figure out."

"Me, too," Osbourne replied. "I've been called so many things in my life, I am so used to being called names, but a racist is one I will not take." She added, "Disagreeing with someone does not make you a racist in my book."

When Maher questioned the most recent allegations of Osbourne using racial slurs in her past, Osbourne said that offensive language was "not in [her] vocabulary."

She also referred to those accusing her simply as "disgruntled ladies."
