Sydney Sweeney might’ve had a controversial year, but it hasn’t stopped her from posing for a good photoshoot.

The actress recently posed for the cover of GQ magazine, where she wore a few fun outfits, including a T-shirt and some boxer briefs that gave her shoot a more vintage feel. The photoshoot certainly caught people’s attention, as not only did the super casual outfit show off her enviable figure, but it was also paired with an interview where she defended her viral American Eagle jeans campaign. It's no secret that one of today's biggest stars is the Euphoria actress, who can't seem to stay out of the headlines, whether she has something going on in her personal life, a new career, project, or simply a new photoshoot.

More recently, following the release of her latest film, Christy, Sydney posed for GQ magazine, becoming one of the several stars participating in the publication's Man of the Year cover stars. In addition to a photoshoot where she stunned in various outfits, she gave an interview about the state of her career as well as the backlash she's received over the last few months.

For her cover photo, the actress can be seen wearing a blue and white vintage T-shirt along with a simple pair of old-school black and white briefs. She can be seen lying back on a lounge chair while looking into the camera through some retro sunglasses with yellow lenses, tying together the vintage aesthetic. Fans React To Sydney's Cover Shoot On Social Media

The 28-year-old has had an extremely busy year and one filled with mixed reactions from the public, as despite her growing popularity, she's faced extreme backlash from certain projects, most notably her "good genes" campaign with American Eagle, where she was accused of promoting "racist" and discriminatory messages.

During her interview with the famous men's magazine, Sydney noted she was "surprised" by all the criticism from viewers and that it felt "surreal" when President Donald Trump got involved and praised her.

Since then, she's continued to face backlash and hateful messages, but it hasn't stopped her loyal fans from praising her or her photogenic abilities. On Instagram, numerous fans commented on how great she looks in her latest cover shoot.
