Everyone in New York is still talking about Japanese designer Tomo Koizumi’s 2019 ready-to-wear collection that just debuted at Fashion Week last week.

The designer sent giant dresses feature organza floral shapes down the runway, and although the look is somewhat strange and definitely eye-catching, celebrities and fashion insiders are quickly jumping on board.
