Skipping SPF

If your morning routine doesn't already include SPF, you need to add it now.

WebMD explains, "Spend too long in the sun, and you’re likely to end up with sun damage like wrinkles and age spots. The right protection can keep those blemishes at bay and guard against skin cancer."

Adding sunscreen to your skincare routine is super important to keep your skin healthy and protected. Plus, since so many signs of aging are due to sun exposure, this can also help keep your skin looking young.

It's not just important for a day at the beach, either.

Healthline explains, “Also, there is a misconception that the sun only affects your skin when it is warm and sunny outside. The truth is, even on a cold, cloudy day, only about 20 percent of the UV rays are blocked."
