Sorry if you’re not a morning person, but the way that we start our day sets to the tone for the next 24 hours. Will we be cranky, productive, sluggish? "Eat a balanced breakfast with 25 grams of protein, 12 grams of fat, and about 35 grams of carbohydrate," he suggests.
