The One Thing You Should Never Order At Shake Shack (It’s Over 800 Calories!)

Shake Shack is one of the fastest growing fast-casual chains in the nation. They are a major game-changer in the burger industry and are giving McDonald's and Burger King a serious run for their money.

With the promise of fresh ingredients and no preservatives, you would think that their food is perfectly healthy. But, that is definitely not the case. Many of the meals they serve contain staggering amounts of calories, fat, and sodium. But which item on the menu is the absolute worst thing to order?

It’s the Peanut Butter Shake! Oh no...

This shake has a total of 870 calories (more calories than their burgers), and high sodium and sugar content.

Most of the shakes at Shake Shack have crazy amounts of calories, so it’s best to stay away from all of them. But if you’re feeling like snacking on a sweet treat, try ordering a half-size to cut down on those calories, sugars, and fats.
