Let's be real, McDonald's is not the restaurant of choice for healthy eaters. That being said, there are some not-so-terrible options on the menu... and also total garbage.

There's one item on the menu that's over 1,300 calories! Can you guess what it is?

Nope, it's not the Big Mac. Shockingly enough....

The Big Breakfast with Hotcakes (Large Size Biscuit) comes in at 1,310 calories, 64 grams of fat and 2,040 mg of sodium. Yikes!
