The father-of-three has already been through three high-profile marriages to Mimi Rogers, Nicole Kidman, and Katie Holmes, all of which ended in divorce, so it seems like he is aware of what he needs to do to protect himself moving forward.

The pair have reportedly bonded over their shared love of film, fitness, and travel, and insiders have since confirmed that the American Made actor has really been "sweeping her off her feet" with his signature grand gestures, including luxurious yacht trips.
If the couple do end up getting engaged, which seems quite likely according to insiders, the Blonde actress would have to sign a very detailed prenup! "He's crazy about Ana, but he's been burned before and feels the need to protect himself," the insider explained, noting that the Jack Reacher star's estimated $600M fortune is a big factor.
"He's drawing up a very detailed agreement, starting with an irrefutable prenup, because he has so much to protect," the insider went on.
They continued: "The plan is to have it ready before he even pops the question. Once she says yes, the paperwork is right there – ready to go. He expects her to sign it without any drama, so that it's out of the way before they even announce the engagement."
