Janelle Rohner Shares Her Go-To Wendy's Order On TikTok

Wendy's is well known for its famous juicy burgers, but it also gets a lot of recognition for its chicken products. Their chicken sandwiches pack a lot of flavor, and their chicken nuggets are well known for their peppery bite. Whenever Janelle goes to Wendy's, she takes full advantage of the lower calories in some of the fast food chain's most famous chicken menu items.
Janelle starts by getting a crispy chicken sandwich from Wendy's and orders a side of buffalo sauce, which she uses to pour onto her sandwich in between bites. The popular sandwich is not only one of the more affordable options on the Wendy's menu but also contains tasty ingredients, including their crispy chicken patty, crunchy lettuce, and mayonnaise, but you can also ask for more vegetable toppings for some extra fiber.
Additionally, instead of French fries or a baked potato on the side of her sandwich, Janelle orders a four-piece chicken nugget and also dips them in the tangy buffalo sauce.

The crispy chicken sandwich, as Janelle says in her video, "is only 330 calories." Additionally, the chicken nuggets contain 170 calories.
"Bringing the total calories for this meal to 500," explains Janelle.
While that may still sound like a lot, it's essential to compare this meal to other typical Wendy's orders, like a single cheeseburger and fries combo, which can be around 800 to 1,00 calories. Additionally, it's pretty affordable.
"This whole meal costs ten bucks," adds Janelle. "This one was one of my favorites."
