Deborah Lippmann's Latest Polish Collection Was Inspired By Mermaids

Last spring, polish queen Deborah Lippmann released a gorgeous sparkly shade called Mermaid’s Dream ($19), which quickly turned into a cult favorite within the polish world. And let’s be real here people, everyone loves mermaids–whether you’re still a sucker for The Little Mermaid or you wanted to be Daryl Hannah from Splash in the 80s (no judgement here). As a follow-up to the wildly popular color, she just released a full collection of glittery pastel mermaid-inspired shades.

The Deborah Lippmann Summer 2013 Mermaids Collection ($19 each) includes shades Do the Mermaid (lavender), Million Dollar Mermaid (tangerine), Mermaid’s Dream (seafoam), Mermaid’s Kiss (blush pink) and Mermaid’s Eye (aqua blue). The lacquer dries with a slightly-textured but glossy finish, so you won’t feel too ‘scaly’.
