A Find: Get a Little Girly (But Just a Little)

I’m all about contradictions in my outfits. I will gladly wear a ruffled blouse with motorcycle boots, a tailored tweed skirt with a graphic tee, or a newsboy cap with a vintage dress. I realize others don’t always share my affinity for apparel juxtaposition or at least feel it is a little too bold, or perhaps just too muddled of a style. However, take a piece like this Georgette tie-neck blouse. Wear this with a frilly skirt and you’re look comes off as cartoonishly feminine. But pair it with something more classic and masculine, like a nice wide-legged trouser or a heavy duty pair of jeans and some cowboy boots, why you’ve got a winning combination! It’s a strong, hip look with a sweet finish. Plus, this sugary shirt is part of Newport News huge Spring clearance. Find more great savings at Newportnews.com.
