Most of the time, being called a copy cat isn’t a compliment. But if you just pulled off a DIY version of Jessica Kagan Cushman’s scrimshaw bracelets, which are selling for $800 at Barney’s, I’d be calling you a genius. The adorably edgy bracelets have been all the rage of the fashionet, but got a major profile boost this week when Fashionista.com did their own version using Forever 21 bangles, black permanent markers and clear nail polish.
