Get Deborah Lippmann's 'Punk Rock' Polish From The Lela Rose Runway Show
July 26, 2013
Fall is going to be all about punk (take a cue from a mohawked Sarah Jessica Parker at the Met Ball), and while you don’t necessarily have to rock a Mohawk or pierce your nose with a safety pin (ouch!) we do recommend trying some version of the trend. Like Deborah Lippmann’s Punk Rock polish collection, as seen on the Fall 2013 runways of Lela Rose (above), Zero + Maria Cornejo, and others. At Lela Rose, models wore the cleverly-named “I Wanna Be Sedated,” a dark yellow with a gritty, matte finish. At Zero + Maria Cornejo, the haunting, ghost grey color “Pretty Vacant” was used. A third color, “I Fought The Law” (are you getting the punk references yet?) is a very cool sparkly, navy that we think will be insanely popular this fall. We want them all! #Punked
