It’s Monday, we could all use some good news:

Andre Leon Talley and Grace Coddington will celebrate the Tuesday release of The September Issue DVD  among fashion mortals at New York City’s Barnes and Noble in Union Square. On Thursday, these Vogue staffers will answer questions from attendees about the film, and their relationship with famed icy editirix Anna Wintour. See how you can get the high-end designers clothes in the pages of Vogue for less in our guide to online sample sales.  [The Thread]

J.Crew‘s going global. Come May, the brand we love will be sold on Net-A-Porter, which ships to 140 countries. Talk about a power couple. [WWD]

Now, the bad news:

Unibrows were front and center at the Top Shop Unique Fall 2010 show during London Fashion Week. Excessive body hair is a major don’t, but we love long thick eyelashes, so see our guide to the best mascara to brighten up your peepers.  [Refinery29]

Olympic figure-skater Johnny Weir’s next step could be fashion: wants to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology to learn how to design clothes. We commend him for wanting to learn the craft, but if his outrageous skating costumes mirror his future line, we’ll pass. See photos of Nicole Richie’s Winter Kate line, a celebrity collection out now we actually want to wear. [The Cut]
