Good Question: Size 5 and under shoes

From the message boards: I have very small feet, between 4.5 – 5. It is so hard for me to buy shoes that are nice and would fit me… I have a few pairs at home that I’ve been wearing for at least 3 years now… I always wear long pants to cover my old shoes. Most stores only have 1 or 2 pairs, and it seems that I always come too late. Please help if you know of which brand or which store would carry alot more of size 5 shoes.

We found a couple of sites that carry loads of small sizes (5 and under). For example, is famous for its selection. If I had tiny tootsies, these would be on my wish list: Vaneli mules with a nappa leather upper and patent leather toe are dapper enough for work and relaxed enough for play. For a night on the town, look to J.Lo who, in her infinite wisdom, has branched out into shoe design. The fuschia leather and sequins are hot, hot, hot! And they sport a sky high 3-3/4″ metallic stiletto heel. But after walking a mile in J.Lo’s shoes, you’ll probably want to go casual the next day – in low heels. Try this cute-as-a-button pair from Miss Sixty with a comfy squarish toe. They come in both black and white perforated leather, which offset the bright flower details.
