Wearable tech is in need of a major fashion intervention. The trend has been all over the runways of designers like Alexander Wang and Diane von Furstenburg (check out their crazy styles like glow in the dark clothing and accessories here). And as cool as it is to see at Fashion Week, realistically, it would make the average person look like an extra from the Big Bang Theory.

But it looks like that’s all changing. Word on the street is that Google Glass – Google’s internet accessible eyewear – is getting a design facelift thanks to Warby Parker. The trendy eyewear company is reportedly in talks to help Google “de-geek” their high-tech glasses, which, we’re sorry, but we can’t image anyone wearing normally. And if any eyewear company can bring the glasses to the mainstream, it’s Warby Parker (we love their thick stylish frames). Stay tuned to SHEfinds as more details emerge about the collaboration, and sound off in the comments as to whether you’d buy Warby Parker Google glasses.
