Got a Picky Eater? Here's a Colorful Way to Get Him/Her to Eat Some Pasta

I found this awesome pic on Pinterest yesterday and I was immediately intrigued by the colors. Pink pasta? Awesome!

Apparently, the trick to getting gorgeous colored pasta like this is to add a little food coloring to the boiling water. Genius, right? I totally tried this on my picky eater last night and it worked! She was fascinated by the colored and in turn, had no problem eating an entire bowl-ful.

Next, I’m trying the food coloring trick with rice, cauliflower and white asparagus. My daughter will be eating veggies in no time!
