HACK: How To Not Get Blisters From Running Shoes

Have you ever noticed the extra shoelace holes at the top of your sneakers? Turns out, they are there for a reason! We know, we know, shocking.

In this video that’s gone viral, one man demonstrates how to lace-up your sneakers to prevent blisters. The trick is called “lace lock,” which keeps your heel and ankle area tight without squeezing your entire foot.  See how it’s done below:
