Here's What You're Doing This Weekend: Making Cucumber Gin & Tonic Popsicles

What’s more refreshing than enjoying an ice cold gin & tonic on a warm summer day? Enjoying a G&T in popsicle form! The writers over at Port and Finn developed a super easy recipe to make these delicious treats. These cucumber G&T popsicles are the perfect complement to any backyard BBQ. Check out the recipe below!

Ingredients:

3 cups tonic

1½ oz gin

¼ lime, juiced

½ cup cucumber slices

Instructions:

1. Mix together tonic, gin and lime juice.

2. Place cucumber slices into popsicle molds, then pour in tonic mix. Freeze overnight before serving.
