Victoria Beckham is having a “may-jah” year. After being named designer brand of the year at last fall’s British Fashion Awards, the former Posh Spice’s Victoria Beckham brand is now taking its reign to the webosphere with a first-ever e-commerce site. The new victoriabeckham.com—which up until now had just served as a lookbook for Beckham’s collections—will begin by selling accessories, eyewear, denim and the Victoria Victoria Beckham line. In addition, shoppers and fans will be able to get involved on the site by sharing content across their social media accounts and gaining access to behind-the-scenes look at the decision-making process that goes into each collection.
The site is expected to launch sometime in spring 2013. Victoriabeckham.com has now gone live as a holding page where you can sign up for brand updates and notifications as to the exact date e-commerce will go live.
