We know what foods we should and should not be eating for our skin, but what about the ones that are actually good to put on it? Sure, you can go all out buying a really expensive eye cream, or try one of these crazy Japanese beauty gadgets, but when it comes to your skin, you should not play around. That’s why we did some digging to find out which foods, that you already have in your kitchen, make for good face masks and skin creams. Click the slideshow to see which foods are actually good to put ON your skin. You might be surprised since some of these aren’t the best for you to eat (we’re looking at you, mayo).
*Disclaimer: We suggest trying a small patch of all of these foods on your skin first before applying a large amount. You might not be allergic, but that doesn’t mean a bad reaction can’t happen.
