My kids are almost five years apart, and one’s a boy and the other a girl, so finding a toy that they both enjoy can be hard. So when my 2-year old daughter received the Pocoyo Swiggle Traks toy to review, I was surprised to find my 7-year old having just as much fun playing with it–maybe even more so–than his sister.
The toy is basically a motorized car that races on a set of tracks, but the tracks are anything but ordinary. They’re flexible and designed to be easily connected or taken apart so your kid can race Pocoyo in a circle, over a bridge, tilted on its side or even across the room like a hamster wheel.
It’s cool because my son’s really into building things and figuring out how things work, while my daughter gets a kick out of toys that move and make noise. In other words, the toy makes both of them happy and without even knowing it, they’re playing together nicely…without fighting.
