How To Have The Ultimate Fall Day

I’ve said it a million times before and I’ll say it again, I LOVE fall. There’s nothing like the changing leaves, crisp air, and all the yummy baked goods that come along with the new season. That’s why every year (especially after moving to NYC) I like to take a day-trip and pack in as much fall festivities in one day that I can.

Here’s how I spent my day and how you can too, trust me, you’ll have loads of fun.

-Pick up your gals and road trip it. I like to go outside of the city (but not too far) so I can actually see foliage and head to a real farm. So my friends at Buick hooked me up with their new Envision for the day and it was perfect. Not only is it compatible with Apple Carplay so you can jam to all of your favorite tunes while driving (carpool karaoke, anyone?!), but it also has a Wi-Fi hotspot so you can post all your fun on social media all day long. Oh, and did I forget to mention that it has wireless charging?! You definitely don’t have to worry about your phone dying before capturing all your fall moments.                                                                                                                            -Pick apples/pumpkins. I always like to bring back a few little pumpkins to display in my apartment and of course, make some apple crisp with the abundance of apples I picked #oops.                                                                                            – Snap some photos. Because did you really even go to a pumpkin patch if you didn’t post a photo!? – Head to a farmer’s market. While you’re out and about, don’t forget to stop by a farmer’s market to bring some goodies back home like caramel apple kits and soup mixes.                                                                                                              -Treat yourself. After all your hard labor, make sure to stop by a bakery for some fresh goods because you definitely deserve some hot apple cider and pie.
