For today’s #WellnessWednesday feature, I’m going to share a must-know detox water recipe that is super easy to make at home.
My all time favorite detox water to drink is lemon cucumber mint water. It is perfect for staying hydrated when I’m lounging out in the sun and it’s so easy. Just whip up a big pitcher of this with ice, 8 cups of water, 1 small, sliced cucumber, 1 sliced lemon and a handful of fresh mint.
Why is this the perfect detox water? Besides tasting yummy and refreshing, infusing these ingredients into your water packs it with vitamins and nutrients that aid in digestion and so much more. Plus, the mint makes it taste a bit like a mojito and there’s nothing wrong with that. Enjoy!
