How To Perfectly Boil And Peel Eggs

Boiling eggs is not hard…at all. Yet  somehow I always mess it up. I either cook the eggs way too long or not enough and the yolk is still somewhat runny. Well, enough is enough! Knowing how to properly boil an egg is cooking 101. Here’s the only way you should be boiling eggs, plus an easy way to peel them!

How To Boil Eggs

1. Put the desired amount of eggs in a saucepan. Be sure to only have a single layer of eggs, don’t lay them on top of each other!

2. Fill the saucepan with cold water and cover the eggs by about one inch.

3. Bring water to a boil.

4. Once water has reached a boil, remove from heat and cover. Let sit 10-12 minutes.
