Crystals are having a huge moment right now, and it’s no wonder why, as these small stones can pack a big punch for those looking to realign their thoughts and focus on more positive vibes. While everyone has different moods and needs that they want to achieve, trust that there’s a gemstone for it! So if you’re looking to try a new method to boost your energy and well being, invest in a few crystals.

It’s actually pretty easy. All you have to is do a little research and purchase the right gems that align with your goals. Then cleanse them in a salt water bath to get rid of negative vibes and begin. But if you’re not sure where to really start, here are a few ways to incorporate them into your routine that’ll help you relax and de-stress.

1.Make them a part of meditation. If you’re already meditating on a daily, try upping your game by adding crystals to the mix to help center your thoughts. Try using an amethyst, as they are known for having healing properties and bringing positive vibrations.

2.Take the positive vibes on the go. Ditch that unused stress ball that you have tucked away in a drawer somewhere, and take a few crystals along with you. After all, they do come in all shapes and sizes, so you can carry them around with you anywhere. Grab a piece of clear quartz to put in your pocket, as this crystal is known to help relieve stress and anxiety.

3.Use them as an exercise tool. Who doesn’t need a little boost when it comes to the daily workout? For those that practice yoga, crystals like rose quartz can aid you in achieving balance of mind and movement, as this stone known to have soothing and calming properties. Just say “om!”
