Let us just start off by saying we love Target just as much as the next person. Not only do we look forward to their collaborations more than payday, but there’s no better pastime than trolling the local Target whenever we’re in the ‘burbs.

But that being said, we couldn’t help but notice more and more of the designer merch we’re coveting popping up at the beloved big-box store. Cambridge satchel? They’ve got a $25 lookalike. Isabel Marant wedge sneakers? Score a copycat pair for just $35.

Now we’re all for bring fashion to the masses, but carbon copying a designer’s work? That’s not cool. Or is it? If Target keeps creating lookalikes, it’s probably because people are buying them.

So where do you stand? Do you think Target should stay away from copying or are you happy to save some cash and get a knockoff for way less at Target? Click through the slideshow to peek at some of the most blatant Target knockoffs, then let us know what you think.

Test your fashion knowledge with the Claire Vivier taste test, the Rag & Bone taste test and the smoking slippers taste test.
