If Your New Year's Resolution Is Better Skin, Do These 5 Things Immediately

The new year provides all of us an opportunity to re-boot our health, take better care of ourselves and work towards attainable goals like exercising more or eating junk food less. While most people make broad diet and exercise resolutions–which is great–I think it’s even better to be specific with your health goals, choosing ones that speak directly to your situation (whether that’s quitting smoking or toning up for your wedding or sleeping 6 hours or more a night). Like if you suffer from acne, why not resolve to “have better skin” in 2015? I mean, think about how gratifying it would be to achieve that.
