Nude Polish, as seen at Alexander Wang, Creatures of the Wind, Boy by Band of Outsiders, Thakoon and Rodarte Neutrals are always in play come spring, and nude polish is a welcome departure from last season's dark and stormy palette of rich burgundy, deep navy and charcoal gray. If you're not keen on going au natural with just a swipe of clear top coat, opt for eggshell whites, creamy taupe or translucent golds. Ditch the nail art. Get The Look: OPI Nail Lacquer in Samoan Sand ($8)

Blue Eyeshadow, as seen at Derek Lam, Monique Lhuillier, Kate Spade and Joy Cioci I know, I know: blue eyeshadow eternally boasts a reputation of '80s-gone-wrong, but this season, it's back with a vengeance. While I don't recommend piling it on a la Monique Lhuillier, it's possible to rock the trend without looking crazy. Just pick an airy aqua blue and use a very, very light hand when applying. Get The Look: NARS Duo Cream Eyeshadow ($34)

Black Eyeliner, as seen at Altuzarra, Marc Jacobs, 3.1 Phillip Lim, Richard Chai Love and Marc by Marc Geometric liner may have dominated last season, but the look gets a breezy update for spring. Instead of brushing on your cat eye with unparalleled precision, opt for a quick swipe on the upper lid. For the best day-to-night look, opt for liquid or cream liner and use a short-brisled eyeshadow brush to spread the liner over the lid, just below the crease. Keep the rest of the face minimal. Get The Look: Clinique Brush-On Cream Liner True Black ($15)

Middle Part, as seen at Rebecca Minkoff, Cushnie et Ochs, Alice + Olivia, Honor and Jenni Kayne This may seem like personal preference more than a trend, but embrace your hair's natural texture and add a texturizing spray to towel-dried hair and aim a diffuser at your roots for a couple of minutes. If your hair is extra frizzy, add a weightless shine serum to your ends. Get The Look: Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray ($39)

Nude Lips, as seen at Assembly, Thakoon, Prabal Gurung and Narcisco Rodriguez Good news for girls like me: Chapstick is back in fashion! If you snack way too much throughout the day to keep your wine-stained lips from fading, skip the rouged pout in exchange for a nude lip with a matte - not glossy - finish. Get The Look: Blistex Lip Medex ($1.16)
