Miami Fashion Week is pretty much all about swim, so it’s no surprise that Kate Spade announced in the 305 that the brand is launching swimwear! Though the news just broke, the collection won’t debut until next month in New York City at a preview for press and buyers, reports WWD.

Kate Spade is teaming up with Swimwear Anywhere, a company that helps other brands like Michael Kors, Proenza Schouler and Carmen Marc Valvo manufacture their swimwear. The collection will feature 70 pieces; 52 are mix-and-match separates, and 12 are one-pieces. The brand is also designing cover ups, like a matching top and pleated skirt combo. The items will take on the brand’s usual prints of bows, black-and-white stripes and balloon dots, complemented with solids like cream, blush, pool blue and black. Of course, the ‘core’ of the collection will feature bow elements on bandeau tops with varying bottoms to choose from. The string bikinis will even have gold charms of swan dives and cannonballs. That’s the swimming spirit.

You will be able to buy this collection in November, with pricing between $120-$200. Are you excited for Kate Spade to take their preppy look to the beach? Comment below!
