The first few weeks–or months!–at home with a new baby are stressful enough. Between the crazy sleep schedule and feeding schedule, the last thing you need to worry about is whether or not your baby is okay when alone in the nursery. That’s why a high quality baby monitor is so essential.
Now we’ve tested loads of baby monitors and while there are some good ones, there are also some duds. We’re talking static and lost connections within the same house. Fortunately, when we put the new Samsung WiFi Video Baby Monitor to the test, we were super impressed.
First, there’s the sleek design. For space-starved parents like us in NYC, we totally appreciate the compact design. Despite its size, though, this baby monitor is loaded with amazing features. Not only can you watch and listen to your baby’s every move, but you can also record them and then share the videos with family and friends. The picture is shockingly clear and there’s even a motion sensor that activates when your baby moves. Trust us, watching this thing will become your new fave hobby.
Because this monitor has so many features, however, it is a little difficult to set up and start using. It took us a few reads of the manual to test everything adequately, but once we figured it out it was so worth it.
