Khloé Kardashian Reveals Her Weight Loss Secret And It's Easier Than You'd Think

Khloé Kardashian stopped by the Australian radio station Fitzy & Wippa and divulged her weight loss secret. Similar to Melissa McCarthy’s weight loss confession, Khloé’s is super simple and anyone can do it!

It’s no secret that Khloé has been looking her best in recent months, with a toned figure and healthy glow. She attributes it to cutting out soda. Yup, that’s it. She revealed, “I’ve made major cutbacks. I used to love soda. So I’ve cut out soda completely and I’ll drink iced tea or water for what I drink throughout my day. I just made that like a lifestyle change. I’ll do like one thing, like, a month. I’ll just cut something off little by little, and then it just becomes like a part of your life. You don’t even think about it.”

“I think all diets are kind of weird. The word ‘die’ is in it. I believe in lifestyle changes, and when you think of something long term, you do it better. If I know I just have to eat this way for a week, how does that help you for the long term? It doesn’t,” Khloé said.

Khloé also praises her trainer, Gunnar Peterson. She said she’s “just obsessed with him” and that he’s really helped changed her body. “So if I’m like, ‘I want Beyoncé’s booty,’ he’ll say, ‘Okay, we’re gonna do that’, ” Khloé said.
